AGRICOLA ITALIANA ALIMENTARE – A.I.A. S.P.A. - Unipersonal, with registered office in San Martino B/A (VR), Piazzale A. Veronesi, 1 (FISCAL CODE – VAT N. 00233470236), in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, as owner of the data processing (“Data Controller”), pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree n. 101/2018, hereby informs you that personal data (“Data”), collected through the “CONTACT REQUEST” form are related in particular to:
  1. management of customer care activities:
    1. request for information
    2. reports management
    3. request for commercial contact
  2. management of marketing and promotional activities:
    1. participation in competitions organised by the Data Controller
    2. marketing requests (collaboration proposals and/or sponsorship requests)
Such Data will be processed in compliance with the provisions contained in the GDPR, in national and EU legislation on the protection of personal data and in the relative provisions issued by the competent authorities as well as the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of confidentiality and related rights.

In particular:

  1. DATA CONTROLLER: AGRICOLA ITALIANA ALIMENTARE - A.I.A. S.P.A. Unipersonal, with registered office in San Martino B/A (VR), Piazzale A. Veronesi, 1 (FISCAL CODE - VAT N. 00233470236), in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, contactable at the following e-mail address:
  2. DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING: Data can be processed for the following purposes:
    1. fulfilment of pre-contractual commitments or execution of the contract [request for information, management of reports and/or complaints, requests for commercial contact, marketing requests (collaboration proposals and/or sponsorship requests) and participation in competitions], included in the legal basis provided by art. 6, § 1, lett. b) GDPR;
    2. fulfilment by the Data Controller of legal obligations imposed by national and European sector regulations (administrative, accounting, etc.), applicable to the existing relationship and/or related and/or instrumental activities, falling within the legal base provided by art. 6, § 1, lett. c) GDPR;
    3. legitimate interest of the Data Controller to maintain the historical list of Data relating to reports and/r complaints received for purposes related to the management of production and quality processes as well as to prevent possible fraud, within the legal base provided by art. 6, § 1, lett. f) GDPR.
    4. legitimate interest of the Data Controller connected to the verification, exercise or defence of a right in all the qualified offices, including extrajudicial procedures, within the legal base provided for by art. 6, § 1, lett. f) GDPR.
    Furthermore it should be noted that if the interested party spontaneously transmits personal data and/or through the form “CONTACT REQUEST” within the specific categories pursuant to art. 9 GDPR (these are personal data that reveal: “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, or trade union membership, as well as processing genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a physical person, data relating to health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person”)"), the processing of such data by the Data Controller will have as its legal basis the consent pursuant to Articles. 6, § 1, lett. a), and 7 GDPR.
    Lastly, it is specified that in order to better manage your procedure, where necessary, additional personal data may be requested by the Data Controller, which will be processed in compliance with the privacy legislation and the instructions contained in this disclosure.
  3. PROCESSING METHOD: the data processing is carried out by means of collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, comparison, use, interconnection, selection, extraction, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of the Data.
    The Data is processed by electronic or automated instruments, computerised, telematics and/or paper means and in any case strictly necessary to cope with the aforementioned purposes.
    The Data may be collected by the Data Controller, in addition to the form in question, through postal address and telephone numbers, as well as being communicated by its customers (large-scale distribution, resellers, etc.), who have collected the reports and/or the complaint submitted by the interested party.
    The Data is recorded and stored by the Data Controller in computerised and/or paper archives, as well as safeguarded and controlled with methods that guarantee security and confidentiality, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation on the protection of personal data.
    The processing takes place through employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, who are expressly identified and authorised for processing (pursuant to art. 29 GDPR) as well as by subjects external to the owner's company organisation, appointed for this purpose, if necessary, for the processing (pursuant to article 28 GDPR).
    The Data are not subject to dissemination, nor to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.
  4. NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA: the provision of Data for the purposes indicated in the previous point 2 is mandatory. Failure to provide even partial data will make it impossible for the Data Controller to establish and/or continue the relationship with the customer. The Data is also collected by filling in specific forms, where the provision of the mandatory Data will be indicated by a special asterisk.
  5. RECIPIENTS OR POSSIBLE CATEGORIES OF DATA ADDRESSEES: The Data may be communicated, within the limits strictly pertinent to the obligations, tasks and purposes mentioned above and in compliance with current legislation on the subject, to the following categories of subjects:
    1. external and/or legal persons authorised for the processing indicated in the previous point 3 (for example: call centres, suppliers, consultants, institutions, professional offices, insurance companies, etc.);
    2. other subsidiaries and/or affiliates of the Data Controller that are part of the "Veronesi Group";
    3. subjects to whom such communication must be made in order to fulfil or to demand the fulfilment of specific obligations provided by laws, regulations and/or national and community legislation.
  6. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS: in the context of managing the relationship with the Data Controller, the transfer of Data to countries outside the EU and/or to international organisations could be arranged. In such cases, the Data Controller will take all the appropriate security, protection and confidentiality measures aimed at protecting the Data, in compliance with current legislation on privacy.
  7. DATA STORAGE: for the purposes indicated in point 2 the Data will be processed by the Data Controller for the entire duration of the management of the customer care practice or in relation to marketing and promotional activities, as described in this disclosure.
    Subsequently only the Data required by the current accounting, tax, civil and procedural law will be kept, for the time specified therein. It is specified that the Data referred to in point 2, lett. c) relating to your customer care practice (name, surname, address and e-mail and telephone contact) will be kept by the Data Controller for 7 (seven) years.
  8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY AND OPERATING METHOD: : in relation to the processing described in this statement, as the interested party, you have the right to:
    • access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and opposition to data processing;
    • to receive the Data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device to transmit them to another data controller;
    • in relation to the Data included in the special categories pursuant to art. 9 GDPR, to revoke consent to the processing of data, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the revocation;
    • make a complaint to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
